Who we are

This site belongs to South Carolina SEO Company, an SEO service for South Carolina businesses that works remotely. Questions about this policy go to support@southcarolinaseo.company.

What we collect

• Forms you send. The free evaluation, the order form, the call request, the contact form and the question form in our assistant ask for your name and email, and sometimes your business name, website, the towns you serve, your region, goals and busy season (free evaluation), the plan and billing you chose (order form) and a note. We receive only what you type.
• Call requests. The call request form also collects the day and time you prefer, whether you want a phone or video call and which video app, your phone number if you choose a phone call, and the topic.
• Assistant conversations. The assistant, Palmetto, is scripted and runs in your browser; its answers come from a fixed list. If you send a question to the team through it, the questions you typed, the topics you tapped and its answers from that session, plus the page you were on, go with your message so we have the context.
• Calculators. The season planner and break-even calculator run in your browser. What you enter is not sent to us.
• No analytics or ad tracking. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics script. The assistant keeps the current conversation in your browser's session storage until you close the tab.
• Do Not Track. Because the site runs no tracking, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off; every visitor is treated the same way whatever their browser sends.

Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare the evaluation, quote or payment link you asked for, schedule the call you requested, and keep a record of what we agreed. We add the people who contact us to a private contact list with the form they used, so a message is never lost; we do not send newsletters from it.

Who else handles it

• Brevo delivers our form emails and stores the contact list.
• Cloudflare runs the Turnstile spam check on our forms and forwards mail sent to our address.
• Vercel hosts the site and processes form requests on their way to Brevo.

Each handles the data only to provide that service. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share one client's information with another client.

How long we keep it

Messages stay in our email inbox and contact records stay in our contact list until you ask us to delete them; nothing is deleted automatically. Email us at any time and we remove them.

Your choices

Email support@southcarolinaseo.company to see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. We answer within one business day and complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
