Terms of service

Ordering

Sending the order form is a request, not a purchase. We check that the plan suits your site and towns, then email a payment link. Nothing is charged until you pay that link, and work starts once payment clears.

Monthly plans and one month only

Monthly plans renew each month at the price on the plan until you cancel. One month only covers a single month of the listed work with no subscription, delivered within the turnaround shown on the plan after we have what we need from you (such as access to your Business Profile).

Canceling

Cancel a monthly plan any time by emailing support@southcarolinaseo.company. The month already paid is completed and reported; nothing renews after it. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

What we deliver

The work listed on your plan: Google Business Profile optimization, citation building and cleanup, review-generation work, and the stated numbers of guest posts, Web 2.0 pages and amplification links for the stated number of keywords and websites. Each month's report lists every link with its live URL, target page and anchor text.

What no one can promise

Search engines decide rankings, and they change how they do it. We do not guarantee any ranking, position, traffic figure, number of leads or revenue, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Results usually build over months and depend on your competitors, your reviews and where your site starts.

Your part

You keep ownership of your website, your Business Profile and your accounts; we ask for manager access, never ownership. You confirm that the business information you give us is accurate, and you keep responsibility for following the advertising rules of your profession or trade.

Websites, content and quotes

Website projects, reputation work and custom plans are quoted in writing before any work begins. A quote lists what is included; anything outside it is quoted separately. Content we write for you is yours once paid.

Working with competitors

We may work with more than one business in the same town or trade. We never share one client's data, reports, keyword lists or plans with another.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the month in which it arose.
